Profile & Preferences

The Profile & Preferences page is where you view and update your personal account details and adjust how OTS Signs looks and behaves for you.

Navigate to: Click your avatar (top-right) → Profile, or Sidebar → Me

Your Profile

Your profile page shows:

• Your name and email address (as set in your identity provider account).
• Your assigned role.
• The groups you belong to.

Note

Your name and email address are managed by your identity provider (Zitadel). To change them, contact your administrator or update them through the account portal linked on this page.

Changing Your Password

Password changes are handled by the identity provider:

1. Go to your profile page.
2. Click Change Password (or visit the identity provider account portal).
3. Follow the prompts.

Display Preferences

Theme

OTS Signs supports light and dark themes. To toggle:

• Click the theme toggle icon in the top bar (sun/moon icon), or
• Use the preference on your profile page.

Your preference is saved and applied when you log in.

Viewing Your Permissions

The Permissions tab on your profile page shows a summary of your effective access: which folders, displays, and resources you can see and manage. This is useful for understanding why you may or may not have access to a particular item. For a more detailed view, see My Access.

Signing Out

1. Click your avatar in the top bar.
2. Click Sign Out.

You are returned to the login page. Your session is terminated on the server.
