Reports

The Reports section shows how your displays are being used: what content is playing, for how long, and on which screens. Use it to verify content delivery, prove advertising playback, and review display activity. For a full history of user actions, see the Audit Trail.

The Proof of Play tab lets you query playback statistics directly. Use it to confirm that scheduled content actually played on your displays.

  1. Navigate to Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Proof of Play tab (the default view).
  3. Set your filters:
    • Stat Type: what to break the data down by.
      • Layout: plays per layout
      • Media: plays per individual media file
      • Widget: plays at the widget level within a layout
    • Date range: start and end date (presets: last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
    • Display (optional): filter to a specific display
  4. Click Run.

The results table shows playback events matching your filters, including the content name, display, and play count.

Click Export to download the results as a CSV file for use in a spreadsheet or for sharing with clients.

Scheduled reports run automatically on a defined frequency and save their results to the Saved Reports tab. Use them when you need recurring reporting without running queries by hand.

  1. Go to the Scheduled Reports tab.
  2. Click Add Schedule.
  3. Fill in:
    • Name: a label for this scheduled report
    • Report Type: choose from
      • Proof of Play: content playback activity
      • Summary Report: a summary of playback across displays
      • Distribution Report: breakdown of content distribution
      • Display Report: display-level activity and statistics
    • Frequency: how often to run it (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Click Save.

Results are saved automatically after each run and available in the Saved Reports tab.

  • Pause / Resume: toggle a schedule’s active state without deleting it.
  • Delete: remove the schedule permanently. Existing saved results are kept.

The Saved Reports tab lists previously generated report files: both those produced by a scheduled report and any manually saved runs.

Each entry shows the report name, type, and the date it was generated. Click Download to export the file, or Delete to remove the saved result.
