Fonts

The Fonts page is where administrators upload custom font files for use in the Layout Editor. Uploading a font here makes it selectable when styling text regions and tickers in any layout.

Navigate to: Sidebar → Fonts

Why Upload Custom Fonts?

OTS Signs includes a set of standard fonts by default. If your brand guidelines require a specific typeface, or you want to use a font that is not included by default, upload it here and it becomes available across all layouts.

Uploading a Font

1. Navigate to Fonts in the sidebar.
2. Click Upload Font.
3. Select a font file from your computer (supported formats: TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2).
4. The font is uploaded and available in the Layout Editor.

Viewing Available Fonts

The Fonts page lists all fonts currently available in the system, showing:

• Font name
• File type
• Date uploaded

Deleting a Font

1. Find the font in the list.
2. Click the context menu → Delete and confirm.

Caution

Deleting a font that is used in one or more layouts will cause those layouts to fall back to a default font. Review layouts before removing a font.

Using Fonts in Layouts

Once uploaded, the font is available in the Layout Editor when styling a text region or ticker. Select it from the font picker in the text styling panel.

Permissions

• Only Admins and OTS Admins can upload and delete fonts.
• The fonts are available to all users when editing layouts.
