Resolutions
The Resolutions page is where administrators define the screen resolutions available when creating layouts. Layouts are designed at a specific resolution that matches (or is scaled to) the target display’s output.
Navigate to: Sidebar → Resolutions
Why Manage Resolutions?
Section titled “Why Manage Resolutions?”When you create a layout, you select a resolution that defines its canvas size. If your displays have a non-standard resolution, you can add it here so it appears as an option in the Layout Editor.
OTS Signs includes common standard resolutions by default (e.g. 1920×1080 HD, 3840×2160 4K). Add a custom resolution if your displays use a different size.
Viewing Resolutions
Section titled “Viewing Resolutions”The Resolutions page lists all available resolutions, showing:

Creating a Resolution
Section titled “Creating a Resolution”- Navigate to Resolutions in the sidebar.
- Click Create Resolution.
- Fill in:
- Resolution Name, e.g. “1080p HD”
- Width, e.g. 1920
- Height, e.g. 1080
- Click Create Resolution.
The new resolution is available when creating a layout.
Editing a Resolution
Section titled “Editing a Resolution”- Find the resolution and click the Edit button.
- Update the name, width, or height.
- Click Update Resolution.
Deleting a Resolution
Section titled “Deleting a Resolution”- Find the resolution and click the context menu → Delete and confirm.
Resolutions used by existing layouts cannot be deleted.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”- Only Admins and OTS Admins can create, edit, and delete resolutions.
