Settings
The Settings page is where you customise your personal preferences and (for admins) configure system-wide options.
Navigate to: Sidebar → Settings (always visible at the bottom of the sidebar)
Settings has two tabs: Preferences (available to all users) and Admin (available to Admins and OTS Admins only).
Preferences Tab
Section titled “Preferences Tab”The Preferences tab contains personal settings that apply only to your account.
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”Choose which sections appear in your sidebar. Toggle individual nav items on or off to hide sections you don’t use. This is a personal preference and does not affect other users.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Toggle between light and dark mode using the button in the sidebar footer. Full theme preferences will be available in a future update.
Account
Section titled “Account”Update your account details from the Account section within Preferences.
Admin Tab
Section titled “Admin Tab”(Visible to Admins and OTS Admins only)
The Admin tab contains system-wide configuration options.
Navigation Overrides
Section titled “Navigation Overrides”Force-hide specific navigation items for all non-admin users. This is useful for simplifying the interface for regular users by removing sections that are not relevant to them.
To hide a nav item for all users:
- Go to Settings → Admin → Navigation Overrides.
- Toggle off the items you want to hide.
- Changes take effect immediately for affected users.
System Settings
Section titled “System Settings”Quick links to key administrative configuration pages:

Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”- All users can access the Preferences tab.
- Only Admins and OTS Admins can access the Admin tab.
