Campaigns
A campaign is a named, ordered collection of layouts. Instead of scheduling individual layouts, you schedule the campaign once and Stratos plays the layouts in sequence. Swap layouts in or out of the campaign without touching any schedules.
Get there: Sidebar → Ad Manager → Campaigns, or /ad-manager/campaigns
Campaign types

| List | A simple ordered sequence of layouts. Use for multi-part shows, themed rotations, or any case where you want several layouts to play in a set order. |
| Ad | An ad campaign with budget, play tracking, and impression reporting. Use for managed advertising or sponsored content where you need to report on plays. |
Campaign status
Section titled “Campaign status”| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | In progress, not yet scheduled. |
| Active | Currently assigned to at least one schedule and playing. |
| Paused | Temporarily stopped. |
| Completed | Past its end date or manually marked complete. |
What you see on the page
Section titled “What you see on the page”The Campaigns page lists all campaigns in your workspace.

| Name | Campaign name. |
| Type | List (blue badge) or Ad (yellow badge). |
| Status | Active, Draft, Paused, or Completed. |
| Date Range | Start and end dates, if set. |
| Layouts | Number of layouts in the campaign. |
| Plays | Total play count (Ad campaigns only). |
Create a campaign
Section titled “Create a campaign”Click + New Campaign. Enter a Name and choose a Type (List or Ad). Click Create.
After creation, open the campaign to add layouts and configure its settings.
Scheduling a campaign
Section titled “Scheduling a campaign”Campaigns are scheduled from the campaign’s own detail page, not from the Schedules page. Open the campaign → click Schedule → the schedule dialog opens with the campaign pre-filled.
