Settings
The Settings page is the control panel for your Stratos workspace. It is accessible only to administrators.
Get there: Sidebar → Settings, or /settings
Sections
Section titled “Sections”Workspace
Section titled “Workspace”| Field | Notes |

| Name | Your workspace display name. Shown in the page header and emails. |
| Timezone | Default timezone for the workspace. Screens without their own timezone use this. |
Usage & Quotas
Section titled “Usage & Quotas”Shows current consumption against your plan limits:
- Storage — media library usage.
- Devices — number of paired player devices.
- Screens — number of registered screens.
Display Defaults
Section titled “Display Defaults”| Field | Notes |

| Default Playlist | The fallback playlist shown on screens that have no schedule and no screen-level default layout set. Choose None to show a blank screen. |
| Device Online Threshold | How many minutes without a heartbeat before a screen is marked Offline. Default varies by plan. |
Alerts

| Approval Required | When on, layout changes must be approved before publishing. |
| Approval Mode | How approvals work: Mandatory requires approval for every publish; other modes may allow bypasses for certain roles. |
