My Access
To review your profile settings and notification preferences, visit My Account at /account.
For a full list of your role assignments and folder grants, ask your administrator to check the Access Management page and look up your user record there.
What My Account shows
Section titled “What My Account shows”The My Account page (/account) contains:
- Email — your sign-in address (read-only).
- Display Name — the name shown in audit logs and user lists.
- Email Notifications — whether Stratos sends you email alerts.

Understanding your effective permissions
Section titled “Understanding your effective permissions”Your effective access is the combination of:
- Admin roles assigned directly to you or through your groups (e.g. Operator, Admin).
- Folder grants — content roles (Viewer, Editor, Manager) on specific folders.
If you cannot see a page or take an action, check with your administrator. They can review your roles and grants in Access Management.
