Account Settings
Your Account Settings page is where you update your display name and manage email notification preferences. It is personal to you — changes here do not affect other users.
How to get there: Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar → Account Settings, or navigate directly to /account.
Profile fields
Section titled “Profile fields”| Field | Notes |

| Your sign-in email address. This is read-only — contact your administrator to change it. | |
| Display Name | The name shown in the audit log and user lists. Edit and save at any time. |
Email notifications
Section titled “Email notifications”The Email Notifications toggle controls whether Stratos sends you email alerts (for example, when an override is activated or a screen goes offline, if your workspace has notifications configured).
| Setting | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Stratos sends email alerts to your address when relevant events occur. |
| Disabled | No email alerts. You can still see alerts in-app if your workspace shows them. |
Saving changes
Section titled “Saving changes”Click Save after updating any field. Changes take effect immediately.
