Navigating the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your command center. It gives you a quick overview of your entire Stratos deployment — screen health, active schedules, media library stats, and more. This page explains each widget and how to tailor the view to your needs.

The dashboard is built from independent widgets arranged in a grid. Each widget summarizes a different part of your Stratos data.

Screen StatusTotal screens; online / offline counts; a list of screens with their last-seen time.
Schedule StatusActive, inactive, and upcoming schedules; an “expiring soon” callout.
Proof of PlayTop content by play count over your chosen time range.
Screen UptimePer-screen uptime percentage over your chosen time range.
Media LibraryStorage usage, file count by type, and recently added files.
Recent ActivityA live feed of the latest changes from the audit trail.
Quick ActionsShortcut buttons for common tasks (New Schedule, Upload Media, etc.).
LayoutsTotal layout count, status breakdown (Published / Draft), and recently modified layouts.

Click Customize in the page header to enter edit mode. In edit mode you can:

  • Drag widgets to rearrange them. Use the handle at the top of each widget.
  • Resize widgets by dragging the bottom-right corner.
  • Add widgets by clicking Add Widget to open the widget catalog.
  • Remove widgets with the on each widget.
  • Configure a widget with the gear icon (e.g. time range, maximum items shown).
  • Reset the layout with the Reset button.

Click Done to leave edit mode. Your layout is saved automatically and restored the next time you sign in.

Shows how many screens are currently online and which ones have gone dark. Click any screen name to open its detail page. The widget highlights screens that haven’t checked in within the expected interval.

A snapshot of your scheduling pipeline. It shows how many schedules are currently active, how many are queued up next, and which ones are about to expire. Click any schedule to edit it.

The most-played content on your network over the selected time range. Useful for verifying that your campaigns are running as expected. See Proof of Play for the full report.

A chronological feed of changes made across your Stratos account — who changed what and when. This is a subset of the full Audit Log.
