Search & Command Palette
The Command Palette is the fastest way to navigate Stratos. Open it from anywhere, type a few characters, and jump directly to a page.
Opening the palette

What it searches
Section titled “What it searches”The palette searches across all pages you have permission to access:
- Dashboard, Screens, Screen Groups
- Playlists, Layouts, Media
- Ad Manager (Campaigns, Play Report)
- Schedules, Time Blocks, Overrides
- Users, Invitations, User Groups, Roles
- Tags, Audit Log, Support
- Settings, Billing, My Account
The list is filtered to pages your role can access — pages you cannot see are never shown.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Open the palette with Ctrl K.
- Start typing — the list narrows in real time. You can type a page name (Screens), a keyword (upload, groups, emergency), or a path (schedules).
- Use ↑ / ↓ to move between results.
- Press Enter to navigate to the highlighted result.
- Press Esc to close without navigating.
- No input needed — with an empty query the palette shows all accessible pages, useful for a quick overview.
- Keywords work — typing emergency surfaces the Overrides page; typing history surfaces the Audit Log.
- Mouse works too — click any result to navigate, or hover to highlight it.
