Browsing & Managing Screens

Find, filter, organise and act on screens from the Screens list.

The Screens page lists every screen in your workspace with its live status. It has two tabs at the top, Screens and Groups (see Screen Groups).

The Screens list with status tiles, folders and filters

Three tiles above the list show Total, Online and Offline counts. Click Online or Offline to filter the list to that status. Click the active tile again to clear the filter.

Use the Columns menu to show, hide, reorder and resize columns. On narrow screens the table becomes a list of cards.

  • All Statuses filters to Online or Offline.
  • Location filters to one location, or to screens with No location.
  • Sort orders by newest, name and other options.

Active filters appear as chips you can remove one by one, or clear all at once.

Screens can be organised in a folder tree shown at the left of the page. Pick a folder to see only its screens, or All Screens to see everything. Folders also control who can see a screen: see Folders. Drag the edge of the folder panel to resize it, or collapse it.

Open the Saved views menu to save the current filters, sort, columns, density and page size under a name, and re-apply it later. Views belong to you, are visible to everyone in the workspace, and you can mark one as your default. See Saved Views & Table Controls.

Right-click a row, or use the row’s actions menu:
