The Mobile App
Manage screens, content and emergency messages from the Stratos iPhone app.
The Stratos mobile app (for iPhone) puts the essentials in your pocket: check on screens, upload photos, and push an urgent message to many screens at once. You sign in with the same account as the website, and see the same workspace.

Quick publish
Section titled “Quick publish”Quick publish is for “make this live now” moments, such as a weather closure notice or a flash sale.
- Choose content: From Media Library or Upload New from your phone.
- Select one or more screens.
- Choose how long it should run, from 15 minutes up to 7 days.
- Tap Publish now.
The content goes live on every selected screen at the same moment as an emergency override, which beats everything else, and expires automatically when time is up. See Overrides.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Allow notifications to get alerts when screens go offline. Manage who’s emailed in Notifications.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”The app follows the same roles as the website. If you can’t see something, you don’t have access to it. See Understanding Permissions.
