Storage
See how much storage you've used, what's using it, and what happens at the limit.
Every workspace has a storage allowance set by its plan. Everything you upload counts towards it: images, videos, documents and every page or slide of an imported presentation.
Where to see your usage
Section titled “Where to see your usage”- Sidebar: a Storage used panel at the bottom shows used versus allowed. Click it for a breakdown.
- Media Library: the storage button at the top right.
- Dashboard: the Storage stat and the Storage Overview widget.
- Settings → General: usage against your plan. See Workspace Settings.
The breakdown
Section titled “The breakdown”Click any storage indicator to open Storage usage. Choose the scope:
- Workspace: everything.
- Current folder or Current filter: the folder or filtered view you’re looking at.
It splits use into Images, Videos, Audio, Documents and Other, shows Workspace capacity, and lists your largest files so you know where to tidy up.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”- The original file, plus any converted versions used for playback.
- Each slide or page of imported presentations and documents.
- Files in shared folders and uploaded through share links.
Deleting a file frees its space.
At the limit
Section titled “At the limit”When an upload would take you over the limit, it’s refused with Storage quota exceeded, naming your limit. Existing content keeps playing. To make room, delete unused files (the file’s Usage tab shows whether it’s safe, and the library can sort by size), or increase your allowance by changing plan in Settings → Subscription. See Plans & Subscription.
Keeping usage down
Section titled “Keeping usage down”- Upload images at your screens’ resolution, not the camera’s original size.
- Delete old campaign creative once it’s finished. Let media expire automatically so it leaves playlists on its own, then clean up.
- Prefer a Web Page widget to a very large imported dashboard export.
