The Media Library

Browse, search, organise and manage your images, videos and documents.

The Media Library holds every image, video and document you use in playlists, layouts and schedules. Upload once and reuse everywhere.

Where to find it: Media in the sidebar. You need media:read to browse, media:write to upload and edit, and media:delete to delete.

  • Search media… matches names. Press / to jump to it.
  • Sort: newest, oldest, name, size, and Expires soonest.
  • Switch between grid and list views, and use View options to choose columns in the list.
