Plans & Subscription
See your plan and usage, change plans, add optional features, view invoices and cancel.
Settings → Subscription is where you manage what your workspace pays for. You need billing:read to view it and billing:write to change it. By default that’s the Account Owner. Others see You don’t have access to billing.
The page has five tabs: Overview, Plans, Add-on marketplace, Invoices and Activity.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”- Current subscription: your plan, its status, billing interval, the end of the current period, the next invoice amount and due date.
- Manage subscription, payment & tax opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you update your card, billing details and tax information.
- Workspace capacity: Storage and Screens used against your plan, and how many screens are online.
- Add-ons that are active.
- Recent invoices, issued by Stripe, with View all invoices.
- A banner if a billing change is scheduled, or if there’s a payment problem.
Compare plans and pick one. Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual usually costs less per month). Each plan sets:
- how many screens are included and whether more can be added,
- storage, and
- which capabilities you get (for example advanced widgets, Ad Manager, API access, extended history).
Current prices are shown on the Plans tab. Click Change plan on the one you want. A summary shows what changes and any charge or credit before you confirm. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then, and you can review or cancel the change under Scheduled changes.
If no plan is active you’ll see Choose a plan to keep your workspace active.
Customers on an enterprise agreement see that their subscription is managed under that agreement and can contact their account manager to change it.
Screens and licenses
Section titled “Screens and licenses”Each paired screen uses a screen license from your plan. When all are in use, pairing another shows No Screen Licenses Available with a button to buy one. See Adding a Screen.
Add-on marketplace
Section titled “Add-on marketplace”Optional capabilities you can switch on. Additions apply now. Removals take effect at the end of your billing period. Capabilities your plan already includes say Included in your plan, and some say Talk to sales.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Invoices lists billing history with date, amount and status, and links to view or download each from Stripe.
Activity
Section titled “Activity”Activity logs billing changes: plan changes, add-ons and subscription events.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”Under Plans → Subscription management, Cancel subscription.
- Choose a reason (for example Too expensive or Not using it enough).
- Review what happens: you keep using your workspace until the end of the current billing period, then screens stop displaying content, and your data is retained for 30 days.
- Confirm cancellation.
You can Undo cancellation any time before the period ends, or resubscribe later.
