Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions let you apply an operation to multiple rows at once instead of acting on each item individually. Tick the checkboxes on the rows you want, then use the action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Tick the checkbox on each row you want to include. Most pages also have a Select All checkbox in the table header that selects all visible rows.
  2. An action bar slides in at the bottom of the screen showing the number of items selected and the available actions.
  3. Click the action you want. Some actions (Delete) will show a confirmation dialog first.
  4. To deselect, click any checked row or click Select All again to clear the selection.

The Tag bulk action opens a tag picker. Any tags you add are applied to all selected items. Existing tags on individual items are preserved — the bulk action only adds tags, it does not replace them.

To remove a tag from multiple items, use the individual edit dialog for each item.

Delete removes all selected items permanently. A confirmation dialog shows a count before you confirm. Items referenced by active schedules or layouts will show a warning — removing them may affect content currently playing.
