Audit Log
See who did what and when across your workspace, and export it.
The Audit Log is a record of important changes in your workspace: who made them, what they changed and when. Use it to answer “who changed this?” or to review security-related activity.
Where to find it: Audit Log in the sidebar. You need the audit_log:read permission (included in Admin and Account Owner). Without it you’ll see You don’t have access to the audit log.

What it records
Section titled “What it records”Each entry has a Time, an Actor (the person’s email, or the system), an Action and an Entity (what was changed, by type and name). Examples:
| Area | Actions recorded |
|---|---|
| Screens | Created, deleted, bulk deleted. |
| Devices | Commands such as reboot or force update, credentials rotated or revoked, logs requested. |
| Layouts | Created, deleted, checked out, published, publish scheduled or cancelled, draft discarded, reverted. |
| Playlists | Created, updated, deleted. |
| Schedules | Created, updated, deleted. |
| Users | Invited, invitation accepted, resent or cancelled, role changed, removed, profile and photo updates. |
| Workspace | Settings updated, players force-updated. |
Click an entry to open its details, including any extra information recorded with the change.
